The gymnastics competition will take place at Parkland Middle School in Cranbrook.

Wag Warm-up Format:

  • Short warm-up – 90 sec. warm up per athlete
  • 2 to warm up and then compete
  • Vault: 3 vaults each (4 if vault with salto presented)
  • Floor: 3 min for entire group

Mag Warm-up Format:

  • 90 minutes open warm up
  • 1 – touch at beginning of rotation
